Terms and Conditions of Bali Wishful Trips

1. Registration and Booking

• Tour bookings can be made through our website or via WhatsApp as listed on our contact page.
• Please provide complete booking details such as date, number of participants, and selected tour package to facilitate confirmation.
• All bookings must be paid before the tour starts to ensure availability and the tour is confirmed.

2. Payment

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, e-wallet, or any other agreed-upon payment methods.
• Payment must be made within 24 hours after booking to secure the reservation.
• Once payment is received, a booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellation and Refund

• Tour cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee from the tour price.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour or once the tour has already begun.
• If the tour is canceled by us due to bad weather or other unforeseen conditions, a full refund will be issued, or the tour can be rescheduled for another date.

4. Schedule Changes

• Schedule changes can be made with at least 48 hours' notice before the agreed tour date, subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Changes made after the notice period may incur an additional fee or be subject to the cancellation policy.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to be on time at the designated pick-up point. Delays beyond 15 minutes will result in missing the tour, with no refund.
• Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide or driver for safety and comfort during the tour.
• Participants should maintain cleanliness and respect the environment by not damaging or littering at the tourist locations.

6. Tour Price

• The price listed for each tour package includes transportation, entrance fees, parking, and meals (as per the selected package).
• Additional expenses such as drinks, souvenirs, and extra activities (e.g., snorkeling, surfing) outside the package are the responsibility of the participants.

7. Insurance

• Bali Wishful Trips does not provide insurance for participants. We recommend that participants purchase personal travel insurance to protect themselves from any unforeseen risks.
• Participants are responsible for their health and physical condition during the tour.

8. Safety and Responsibility

• Bali Wishful Trips strives to provide the best service and ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal items, accidents, or injuries that occur during the tour. Participants are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance for their trip.

9. Right to Modify

Bali Wishful Trips reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be announced on our website or through official communication channels.

10. Other Terms

• All participants are required to follow the applicable health protocols during the tour, including wearing masks and maintaining physical distance if necessary.
• Bali Wishful Trips reserves the right to refuse participation to any individuals who do not meet the health or behavior standards that may harm other participants.
