2. Get a fixed quote
You get a written price with the vehicle, the hours and exactly what is included. Nothing is charged to confirm, and you can change the plan as often as you like.
3. Pay your driver on the day
No deposit and no card details. Your driver meets you, the day runs, and you settle in cash at the end — the same amount you were quoted.

Common Questions
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No. We do not take a deposit and we do not ask for card details to hold a booking. You confirm by message, and you pay your driver at the end of the service.
How do I pay?
Cash in Indonesian Rupiah, handed to your driver at the end of the trip. For larger multi-day bookings and groups we can arrange a bank transfer instead. Whichever applies, we confirm it in writing before your trip.
Is the car private, or shared with other guests?
Yes. Every booking is private — just your group, your driver and your vehicle. We never combine you with other travellers.
What is included in the price?
The vehicle, fuel, parking and toll fees, and an English-speaking driver for the agreed hours. Entrance tickets, activities and meals are not included, and we list that clearly in the quote so nothing is a surprise.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, and your driver still waits. We track your flight, so a delayed landing does not cost you extra and nobody leaves without you.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Just tell us. There is no cancellation fee because there is no prepayment — we only ask that you let us know as early as you can, so the driver can take another job that day.
Which areas do you pick up from?
South and central Bali as standard: Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Uluwatu and Ubud. Further out — Lovina, Amed, Candidasa — can be arranged, just ask.
