Yes. We are based in Bali and operate our own drivers and vehicles. You are not booking through a foreign call centre or a reseller — the person who answers your first message is part of the team that runs your trip.
How do I book an airport transfer from Ngurah Rai (DPS)?
Send us your flight number, arrival time and hotel address on WhatsApp. We confirm the price in writing, then your driver meets you in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. We monitor flight status, so a delayed landing does not cost you extra and your driver will still be there.
What is included in a private driver or car charter day?
A full day of car charter includes the private vehicle, fuel, parking and toll fees, and an English-speaking driver for the agreed number of hours. Entrance tickets, activities and meals are not included, and we always list this clearly in the quote so there are no surprises.
How many hours is a full day tour in Bali?
A full day is normally 10 hours from pickup, and a half day is around 5 hours. Bali traffic is unpredictable, so we build realistic routes rather than cramming in stops you will only see through a car window. If you need extra hours, just arrange it with your driver on the day.
Can I change the itinerary during the trip?
Absolutely. The itinerary is a suggestion, not a contract. Skip a stop, linger longer at a waterfall, or add a beach at sunset — just tell your driver. The only limits are distance and daylight, and your driver will tell you honestly what still fits.
What kind of vehicles do you use, and how many people fit?
We run clean, air-conditioned private vehicles: Toyota Avanza or Innova for up to 5–6 passengers, Toyota Alphard for travelers who want extra comfort, and Toyota Hiace for groups of up to 14. Tell us your group size and luggage and we will recommend the right one.
Do you offer trips to Nusa Penida and other islands?
Yes. We arrange fast-boat tickets, harbor transfers and a driver on the island itself, including the popular Nusa Penida photo spots such as Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach and Diamond Beach. Because boat schedules and sea conditions change, we plan these days with a realistic buffer.
How do I pay, and do I need to pay in advance?
For most day tours and transfers you pay your driver in cash at the end of the service, in Indonesian Rupiah. Bank transfer can be arranged for larger multi-day bookings and groups. We confirm the payment method in writing before your trip so you always know what to expect.
What is the best time of year to visit Bali?
The dry season from April to October brings the most reliable sunshine and is the busiest period. The wet season from November to March is greener, quieter and cheaper, with rain that usually falls in short afternoon bursts rather than all day. We run tours year-round and adjust routes around the weather.
