Terms and Conditions of Bali Wishful Trips

1. Registration and Booking

• Tour bookings can be made through our website or via WhatsApp as listed on our contact page.
• Please provide complete booking details such as date, number of participants, and selected tour package to facilitate confirmation.
• All bookings must be paid before the tour starts to ensure availability and the tour is confirmed.

2. Payment

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, e-wallet, or any other agreed-upon payment methods.
• Payment must be made within 24 hours after booking to secure the reservation.
• Once payment is received, a booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellation and Refund

• Tour cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee from the tour price.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour or once the tour has already begun.
• If the tour is canceled by us due to bad weather or other unforeseen conditions, a full refund will be issued, or the tour can be rescheduled for another date.

4. Schedule Changes

• Schedule changes can be made with at least 48 hours' notice before the agreed tour date, subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Changes made after the notice period may incur an additional fee or be subject to the cancellation policy.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to be on time at the designated pick-up point. Delays beyond 15 minutes will result in missing the tour, with no refund.
• Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide or driver for safety and comfort during the tour.
• Participants should maintain cleanliness and respect the environment by not damaging or littering at the tourist locations.

6. Tour Price

• The price listed for each tour package includes transportation, entrance fees, parking, and meals (as per the selected package).
• Additional expenses such as drinks, souvenirs, and extra activities (e.g., snorkeling, surfing) outside the package are the responsibility of the participants.

7. Insurance
